Questions

Do I need to install a virtual audio device?
No. AudiosteerEQ processes your Mac’s output directly — there’s nothing to route or configure.
Why does it ask permission the first time?
macOS asks your permission to capture the audio playing on your Mac so it can apply EQ. That audio stays on your device.
How do I restore Plus on a new Mac?
Trigger any Plus feature and choose Restore — Apple re-entitles it with the Apple ID that bought it, at no cost.
